Yup soz buddy My computer has been really slow recently. My routine looks like this at the moment, with emphasis on my tri's and calves as they are weaker area's.
MONDAY - Triceps & Shoulders & abs
TUESDAY - Back & Bi's & cardio
WEDNESDAY - Quads & calves & abs
THURSDAY - Cardio
FRIDAY - Chest & Triceps & abs
SATURDAY - Back & Bi's & Calves & cardio
SUNDAY - bugger all
Most people will look at this routine and say it was overtraining and I would not recommend anyone this routine. This is the same routine my training partner follows (except he trains chest on monday instead of tri's)
This routine works really well for both of us, we are sensible in the amount of sets performed and we train with weights for no more than an hour.
