You know what helped aswell laying flat on your back contracting abdominals breathing deeply and slowly raising your arms it srenthens you core muscles which support your back sounds kinda wierd I tried it and it helps not straight away bot over the course of a few weeks doing it every day for 10mins, dont Knock it untill youve tried it good luck bro. ps let me know how it goes.
