i am tempted to try massage-i have had it before-i`d find the money if i thought it would do the trick,but i`m really reluctant to spend more money for a temporary fix(****ing osteopaths will have you going back for years-when the usual back problems can be sorted by long term stretching)-and my chair i normally sit in is a really good STRESSLESS chair-nearly 1000,but what what nick was saying might help for sitting at the comp :idea:
i`m possibly looking for more stretches for the lower back/tailbone area-or a technique for relaxing/unseizing the muscles there-
