Oh? I know that CEE doesn't cause bloating but I thought that they all caused retention. In fact, I thought that causing extra water absorption in the muscles, making the fibres bigger and therefore able to lift more was one of the was that it worked. Well, if it doesn't cause retention, has anyone got any answers for the other 2 Qs?
