Default back pain please advise

as some of you may know that although i train i have what seems to be a long term back problem(although ive been training for 5ish years apart from the first 6 months where training was consistant, the next 3 were plagued with back pain and probably only trained for a third of the year -being unable to squat at all-after visiting and spending big???? on osteopaths and chiro`s(getting no more than temporary relief) i started stretching seriously-3x a day and my back got noticeably better(what i mean by that is the pain/discomfort could be coped with)after reading brawn(ha ha ****ing ha )i bought a trap bar and started to squat with it-with no real pain-i then stopped working and couldnt afford to see a chiro-every now and again my back would flare up-so i went to see my doctor-lol-now cos i stretch so much i`m flexible as **** and in shape-call me paranoid but he didnt beleive me-i saw a specialist physio at the hospital-said i was fine- i paid to see a private doc(?160)that my doctor recommended-he said i was fine-everyone seemed to be ignoring the total stiffness of my back-finally i was sent to the rheumatology specialist who basically confirmed what the chiro had said-excellent i thought the nhs has recognized that i have a problem-the treatement-i was given 1 stretching exercise-lol-it was a good stretch(a tailbone type stretch)its helped a bit,but has it solved the problem-has it bollocks- went back to my gp-not interested-so ive written back to the hospital before christmas-and i`m still waiting for a reply-

the nhs diagnosis is as follows:
...is he has a dysfunctional L4/5,disc joint has virtually no flexion at all and minimal extension.he also has reduced extension between L4 and S1.he has reduced movementat the right sacroiliac joint as well.the sacroiliac joint movement is probably secondary to his lumbar problem--

i did some breathing exercises for the lower abs yesterday and the day before and my back is now crippling me(i was supposed to start training again today)so instead of training i`m asking you lot if youve got an ideas-yeah i`m ****ing desparate-i feel like shooting my gp cos i`m so frustrated-
sorry if this is all abit disjointed, but you cant just say my back hurts what shall i do-and not give the full story-
i dare say my back will be relatively ok within in days,(trigger point therapy helps),but as i said i`m frustrated and desparate-lol-so ant help would be appreciated- cheers cal
