Think that figure for deadlift estimation might be a bit high , from what i have observed anyway of other people who can bench 100kg,

id agree with around 160kg but who knows.
i think thats because most people do the bench press when they start out but not deadlift, if we had started doing deadlift all those years ago paul yours would probably be in the 200s.
