Sounds to me like you're analyzing it a bit too much. Keep the fat down to around 50gms a day and keep protein intake high, plenty of cardio.

I dunno about this prolong release time lark, maybe but it will prob only make 0.5% difference.

Instead or of asking all these very similar questions (not that there is anything wrong with that!) spend the time doing some cardio!

I keep things simple, makes it hell of a lot easier to keep up long term.

Cottage cheese has less than 1% fat, I don't know where everyone hets this idea that it's fatty??? My fat is a little less than 50g a day, the rest of the day my intake is carbs and protein only really, but energy sources should be spaced out really shouldn't they? I basically want to check if it's OK to not have carbs and instead have the fat? Or maybe I should ditch the oil in favour of Fry-Lite?
