Default Fat with/without carbs and too much fat at bedtime?

I'm cutting and my brekkie consists of 3 eggs with yolks and 25-30ml olive oil (as well as some tuna or cottage cheese). I was wondering if I should bother having any toast with it on non-workout days, as there's plenty of fat there to keep me going and I do next to sweet FA at the moment, plus I'm eating ever 2-3 hours anyway.

I also take whey in milk at bed time, does anyone think there's too much fat if I take my omega 3 fish caps (7 of 'em) with it to prolong the release of the protein or are they better suited to another time of day?

Cheers people!
