Except for 10 mins warmup (which i dont really consider CV work) I never put CV stuff in the same workout. I never tried to cut before as im a skinny ****er as it is. Thats why I took up BBing, to get bigger.
when it is time for me to cut and show off everything in a year or two I will do CV everyday before breakfast and then go on the train with wieghts on the scheduled days.
Whats your goal? Cut or Bulk?
