I have previously trained with split routines. I was just thinking if I want to start over building size, should I go back to basics, or look at a more intermidete - advance workout ?

PS if you need more info re my current strength & size (or lack of!) please let me know.
...just to be clear...you can train for one hour each day monday through friday or on mondays and fridays?...

...if you have 20 years experience with weights, you dont need to start from scratch just because your goals have changed...there are some good threads in this section recently in regards to this...if you can only work out 5 days a week consectutive, you are probablly better off with 5 on, 2 off, focusing on one body part each day, but you will ultimately have to go with trial and error to find what works best for you...

your diet is going to be the key in determining how much you can gain and how much...
