back to basics or intermidete Hi 1st post except my intro & would like some advice please. I have trained with weights ( 20 years) to help in my tae kwon do, but now wish to put on some serious size! I can train for an hour monday - fri, although I understand that my not be wise. I notice that there is a sticky on beginners forum, for a beginers routine - should I start with that ? I have previously trained with split routines. I was just thinking if I want to start over building size, should I go back to basics, or look at a more intermidete - advance workout ?
