well...it does depend...like reef said tho...20%bf is pretty high to be using any prohormones or gear (other than thermogenic type or creatine)...unless you dont care about body fat and just wanna be big and bulky...if you are interested in bodybuilding (increasing lean muscle mass and decreasing body fat) then get your diet and training in check, get down to about 12-14% bf, then start using more serious supplements, etc. and add on the rest of the muscle you want... ______________________
