i'm not entirely sure what time u should start the nolva but its definitely not 4 weeks, probably more like 2 days. i would think 60mg for the first day, 40mgs for 8 - 10 days, then 20 mgs for 15 - 20 days.

Probably best to combine the AI and SERM, so get yourself some reboundXT or something like that
