Morning 7:30 Meal replacement protein shake with fat burner
Mid morning 10:00 1 tin tuna in Wholemeal bread
Midday 12:00 Various fish with Potatoes and Salad a little salad cream
Afternoon 1:00 Half tuna sandwiche
Afternoon 2:00 - 3:00 training ( after training Meal replacement protein shake with fat burner)
Late afternoon 4:30 Other half of tuna sandwiche
Evening 7 ish Fish/Steak with vegetables
9 Natural Musli
Before bed i take ZMA
Im trying to bulk aswell as keeping trim and losing body fat
Any ideas welcome
