Dextrose 75 g
Creatine Monohydrate 10 g
Taurine 2 g
Alpha Lipoic Acid 200 mg

Easier version.. MyProtein.co.uk.. Per serving:
Dextrose 50 grams
Creatine 5 grams
Taurine 2 Grams
Could be bought for as little as 18 for 1.7kg, unless you wanted to change the quantities.
