My Cutting Journal I am potentially taking part in a modelling show in Feb so I'm doing 8 weeks very strict cutting beginning today and I'm going 2 see where I am from there. The show is topless so have to be ripped to shreds.

Training
I will be training as intensely as I always do only change is instead of of 2 days on 1 day off heavy weights every third dayu will be a circuit training half weights day. Something like 8 sets weights 35 mins circuits.

from start of week 3 will also be running Melting point and AV sesathin. So Cramps here I come.

Ridiculously strict. As always. Hoping somewhere in the region of 300g protein 350g carbs 80g fats for first 4 weeks and then see how I feel. |
