Conditoning At the moment i am dieting and i was wondering should my traing style change (reps,sets,weight)
Should i be using higher repations and getting more of a burn using isolation exercises and compund exercises
Or should i be using heavy compound movements e.t.c
What changes do you make in your training when ur going through a dieting phase.. ______________________
