I know some who's difference's are vast. Mine I feel are pretty minimal because I clean bulk.
I cut out milk, cut down on the PB, Cut down on the bread, up the protein, Cut out most dairy, And try to take generally fewer carbs from sugar which is pretty minimal anyway.
Just up the cardio and thats about it. |
