Biginer: the underlying theme of all your posts is shortcuts, whether it's rec drugs, supplements or steroids. At least 70% of your ability to be successful stems from a well balanced diet. The other primary factors are hard training and rest. Supplements and drugs are merely the icing on the cake. Unless you're willing to bust your arse day in and day out for long time you won't be successful. Case closed, end of story.
