personally i use about two thirds of a scoop of nesquick, either chocolate or stawberry, that adds about 20-25g of carbs to the shake so it's still good. I get roughly 45g protein, 25g carbs and about 10g fat from one very heaped scoop of whey plus nesquick and 250ml of full fat milk. works out to around 400kcals so it's a good meal replacement IMO. |
