But, i think it might be good to employ some kind of system like 'gez' said - just be a kid for 1 night a week (keep your diet perfect but have a night out getting ****ed for example), this way you'll not lose motivation. Also, might be good to plan your saturdays as an off day so that it doesn't matter that your hungover and you can just sit in and eat all day (a good thing!)
Anyway good luck, keep it up, remember it sets you apart from the rest.

Completely agree, you can do both. Going out once or twice a week is not gonna set you back much. Generally i keep my diet sound all week and then have the weekends off. I have a couple of beers or a glass of wine with a meal most nights at the minute and i'm gaining better than ever before. Bodybuilding should be fun, not a punishment.
