I do it. It helps me stay focused and tight on a work out, i instantly know if my prep was good. Food and sleep i mean. If i cant reachwhat i did last time, somethings up.

I break my own records EVERY time maybe by one rep maybe five. the point is i break them. When i got 5 sets of 5 on that wieght, the wieght goes up! simple...
