It'll be worth it, juvenile test levels are low compared to injects. But I wouldn't recommand him to take dbol, not if he has already started the test cycle. He could have used it in the beginning, as frontload, but if he uses it now he wouldn't get the best results of it imo. I wouldn't mess with my liver at that age anyway.
Make sure he does a proper PCT.
