finding time to train Hello everyone
My wife has recently had our 1st child so i am finding it very difficult to get to the gym and to train with any intensity due to sleep deprevation.
i am totally changing my routine to include my whole body so that if i only get to train twice a week i at least hit all the bits i need. The routine will only be Squats, deadlifts, shoulder pressess, bench presses and a bit of arm and calf work.
Any advice on the viability of this doing this would be much appreciated.
