yes, taking it only on your workout days may give you a good pump while in the gym, but it wont really help overall and will REALLY mess with your nat test levels...and yes, you will still need pct afterwards...and yes, most of the weight you gain will be water and you will lose it after you go off... and yes, if you have a beer or two here and there it is not the worst thing in the world, but like i said, who really wants extra estrogen...especially when using gear?
You take it all the time because your muscles are in recovery when you are not working out and that is the time when protein synthesis is important and steroids help with this significantly...growth occurs during rest, not during work...
also, please understand that no one is trying to bash you...but it is hard to believe that you have done research from what you have written...
