WITH UPPER ABS VISIBLE BUT A LAYER OF FAT THAT JUST WONT GO AWAY. IM CURRENTLY GEAR FREE AND I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH FREE WEIGHTS FOR ABOUT 14 MONTHS SINCE BEING SEPERATED FROM THE MISSUS WHICH LEAVES GOOD QUALITY GYM TIME. AT MY AGE IM PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW WELL THIS OLD BODY IS TAKING TO THE GYM. NOW THAT IM OBSESSED IM CURIOUS WHAT IS ACTUALLY WORKING OUT THERE WITH GEAR FOR SOMEONE IN MY SITUATION.
