I only do 1 or 2 warm up sets at 15-20 reps for the first exercise. No need to bother with the subsequent exercises.
Only really need to get the muscle group you are working warmed, pumped and ready for the workout. Otherwise you are just wasting fuel, pre-exhausting the muscle too much
