When I was working down the mines we used to lose 3lbs of weight a day due to the heat and the heavy steel we were carrying, we were built like brick shit houses, when the mines closed we ploughed the weight on like hell, that is when I started hitting the gym, if you do heavy work you only use certain muscles, there are muscles you'll never use in everday work, when you hit the gym you can facus on the muscles you miss at work. ______________________
