Bought some benadryl alergy relief Capsules to cycle with Clen. It hav read about taking benadrly taken 50 mgs - 100 mgs on the third week.
Well the problem i hav with the benadryl Capsules is that it states to take 3 tabs only through out the day and not to take more than one at a time.
Also do not know how many mgs each capsule is it jus says Each capsule contains 8 mg Acrivastine.
Will it be ok to take 3 tabs together before bed????
