Hi mate done T3 and Clen loads of times back in the day use the clen 2 days on 2 days off and the T3 2 on 1 off your not sleeping at night because of the clen take all your clen tabs first thing in the morning for example you get yourself upto say 6tabs a day.I,ve got up too 8 clen a day but i found I could do that ammount cos i,ve got asthma also got up too 100mcg of T3 a day.with that amount of clen and t3 you,ll not only shift 7lb you,ll move your chick into the spare room with all your sweating at night mate.the best shit for frying fat apart from G.H is something called D.N.P dont know if you can still get it I,ve been away from the bb scene for a while.
