Hi folks I,ve been off the bbuilding scene for hmmmm over 7yrs due too my lovely littlr daughters but now there kinda grown up and my bodys tellin me to get my ass back into the gym.So whats new last time i was in a gym Arnie was doing squats he he.
Anyway all jokin aside im off to trall the forums in here see ya.
