Hey, firstly thanks for the feedback.
I wanted to train triceps twice a week because i was under the impression that they represented a larger proportion (2/3) of your arm compared to biceps (1/3) but if this is not a valid reason please let me know? But also my triceps are,lingering and do need some work as well.
I do around 4 excersises (1 compound, and 3 isolation), at 4 sets 6-8 reps. |
