just read through your post again mate, deca is only really effective at doses of 400mg a week minimum so instead of useing that and 1 sus a week which while it will work the propionate in it is just wasted why not use one or the other so either 2 sus a week or 2 deca this will be more effective overall. run the dbol for max 6 weeks and start pct 2 weeks after your last jab. yes i know its 3 weeks for deca but its best to keep it simple for newbies to avoid confusion. |
