Thanks for the advice Divie, i got a routine from the gym owner 5 weeks ago, been following it to a T, i feel great when i leave the gym after a workout, sometimes feel like it was over too quickly though, i have already noticed an improvement in my figure so to speak, i realise it is going to take time, now i am going though, no ones going to stop me!!
Im struggling a bit to sort the food side out, i keep asking the owner for a diet sheet but not gettin anywhere with him yet, the trouble is ive never done my own meals before so im not good at combining foods to eat.
Im getting about 12 eggs with milk, 2 chicken breasts, some pasta and some tuna every day with the occasional home meal chucked in but its getting a bit boaring, any advice on this :?:
