First of dont go mad and on a mission that you must gain mass yesterday as its a slow process and over-training is common with newbies.I see it all the time down the gym people going from one machine to the next until they are f***ed, not having a clue to how many sets they have done for each muscle group.
Do garys routine thats posted in the training forum, its a full body workout 3 days a week and because your muscle memory is non this will be ideal for 6 months or so and then you can move onto a split if you wish.Obviously this is just my opinion, if your getting on fine with what your doing at the mo stick with it as everyone trains differently.
Also get your diet up to scratch if it isnt already protien, complex carbs and good fats.I find a pro shake or meal replacement would be helpful as i found when starting out that getting the food down was hard so mayby if your struggling take a shake at least.
The best thing i could say to you is be consistant and patient m8.
