Newbie Hi everyone, Just wanted to say hello, i finally dragged myself to the gym a month ago, been thinking about it for a very long time (14 years actually) was always put off being the smallest guy there, only to find out what a decent bunch of people they all are. im going 4 days a week and want to make up for lost time fast.
If anyone has any advice on a diet for bulking i'd really appreciate it.
