I think its a terrible idea.

How can the government say "we want to crack down on binge drinking" one day, then the next day say "were gonna be open 24 hours"

It's daft. People will literaly be able to drink forever! i dont drink alot either, but anyone can get into a state where they dont know when to stop drinking.

People are going to loose money, health and it may cause more social problems too.

All i can say is...i hope im very wrong!
