New Member Hi
Im a fit and healthy 6.3inch 14 stone slim tall athlete , i dont do much weightlifting but am thinking of adding it to my routine.
Due to the waistline growing larger by the year i want a beginners cycle that will bulk my arms chest and legs but not too much while tightening the tummy, i will be doing mostly cardiovascular excersize Bicycle , jogging, swimming and a little weightlifting so it will need to be a cycle that can bulk and cut.
Any advice will be much appreciated. |
