Default Making drinks in advance

I keep quite busy during the day so, to ensure I get enough protein etc, I make three protein shakes the night before. I will typically use Whey protein, Creatine and L-Glutamin. Is there any problem doing this or do I lose some of the benefits by making them in advance?
