thanks fellas yeah i know about the over training but I used to do only 3 days and felt like i could do more. i supplement my reg meals with whey isolate, con and casein mix.
just a few follow up questions:
what's (ed?) winny
what's pct?
and what the hell is milk thistle!!? or where do i get ala (what is that?) caps?
