Problems with height and crappy genes Hey people,
I'm really tall 6 ft 5 and struggle with my weight that goes from 89 to 95 depending on how much I eat/train. Train 4-5 days, heavy as i can and cv once a week. I used to be a skinny kid. So I've had enough and want to try some stuff but tab only. Any rec. for cycle for around 4-6 weeks will be appreciated.
I want to get bigger but also have good definition and no gut! |
