what ulitmately makes a bulking or cutting cycle is diet and cardio.
You can bulk and cut on any gear - things like dbol/adrol although cause more water retention but you can still use them to maintain muscle while dieting and after ceasation of them the water will disperse.
Saying that heres typical bulking and cutting cycles -
BULKING -
test enth 500mg /wk 1-9
deca 400mg /wk 1-8
dbol 30mg a day 1-6
pct wk 11
CUTTING -
winstrol 50mg ed or eod wk1-6
prop 100mg ed or eod wk 1-6
clen/eca rotated every 2 weeks
(there is alot more options of course but the above is an example,when u get more advanced things like t3 and tren can be used) |
