Rejoining the Brotherhood I've lifted for 23 years (never laid off) I'm 35 years young. 6'3" 250 lbs and 11-12% bodyfat. I'm also in my third week of t3. I have used aas in the past more than 5 years ago. I gathering my information now before I commit to a cycle. I have a good diet. Currently taking in 400 g protein (1600 kcal), 250 g of carbs(100 kcal) and 44 g of fat (400 kcal) approx 3000kcal per day. Cardio 7 days per week and twice a day (4 times). I'm trying to cut before I start my next cycle. What do you guys think of my choice? I will also use the same format for diet while on gear, except that I will cycle the total kcal to mesh with my gear (up to 5000 kcal -same macro ratio).
