When I said I couldnt do the shoulders in the workout I meant, I was so energy drained and looked at the clock and realised I wouldnt be able to finish the routine in 60 minutes, (I only just about manage it without shoulders in 60 minutes), then again on my last rep I havnt been doing a drop set, thus taking more time.
I shall see if I have enough time to incorporate the 3x8 shoulder press'ing into the routine now that im doing final set as drop sets, one last question mate, I take it its always 2 minutes rest inbetween sets (excluding drop)?
