Yeah I think it's fairly common with 1AD. I was on 6 tablets a day and it was a real struggle to keep eating enough with no appetite, but also my waist really expanded and my stomach area felt generally bloated and uncomfortable.
It'll be interesting to see how you progress on that dosage. Like yourself, I went for double with good results. Keep us posted |
