Also dont do deca for a first cycle on its own or u wil deca ****.
If u are goin to take roids then for a first time user i suggest taking TEST E 500mg's a weeks for 12 weeks.
Also do ur research, from the first question u asked any of the guys here wil tel u havent done enough research.
