I've recetly started my 2nd cycle of 1AD this year. On my previous cycle I took advise from web sites and took 3 x 3 100mg caps each day. Whilst I seemed to be making progress on them, I felt and looked bloated around my stomach nearly all the time.
I am now using 1 cap 3 times a day and feel much better. It's only been a week but I believe I'm making progress again, without the side effects.
I've got a strong stomach and very few things ever bother it, so I was wondering if this is a common reaction.
