CL if at the ripe old age of 33 (still younger than me!) I'm guessing you want a powder that has everything rolled into 1, vits, mins, protein and good carbs.

MET-RX was the bollox 10 years ago, and the American product is not the same product as we get here due to restrictions made by the EC, there are many more modern meal reps which have overtaken Met-Rx.

We make one with 4 protein sources, 2 carb sources, 33% of your daily vits and mins with 1gr of creatine. The reason for the formula is to help make you feel full for longer and to make it very hard for the body to store any of it as fat.
