For the first cycle jus do Test E and drop the dbol.

For the second cycle here is wat i would suggest

Wk 1-4 Dbol @ 35mg ED
Wk 1-11 Deca @ 400 mg EW
Wk 1-12 Test E @ 500 mg EW
