1st cycle & stats Thought I would post up my old stats (when I was competing) for anyone that is interested:
Clean + Jerk 150Kg
Snatch 110
Deadlift 225
Squat 200 (high bar); these are all for triples or doubles
oh, and about six minutes dead with the rowing.
I am interested in opinions on the two cycles below, as I will use one as a 1st cycle
1.
wk 1-4 Dbol @ 20mg ED
Wk 1-10 Test E @ 500mg EW

Has anyone used 2. as a 1st cycle? Were they pleased, or do they wish they had gone for test instead?
I am more interested in 'hard' gains, less water retention etc.. and would be happy with say 10lb's at the end. Is this reasonable?
